Stage 1
Initial consultation & planning

A letter of understanding will be created to define the project’s scope clearly. A design contract will also be prepared along with a comparative remodeling analysis to outline project options.

Stage 2
Design development

Site evaluations and variance applications will be managed appropriately. Precise site measurements will be taken and existing conditions documented. Preliminary design concepts will be developed, and suitable products and materials will be selected.

Stage 3
Project preparation

A walkthrough with subcontractors will be scheduled for detailed feedback. Plans and specifications will be updated accordingly. A finalized contract will be developed based on these refinements.

Stage 4
Construction & completion

A preconstruction walkthrough will be conducted prior to beginning construction. Plans will be adjusted if necessary during construction. The project will then proceed according to schedule, concluding with a final walkthrough and client approval.
